FAQ
Q: I used to have a Brandwise Passport- will that login still work?
A: No. Brandwise logins no longer function. You will need to create an account with MarketTime if you do not already have one.
Q: I shop with Portico, but haven’t signed up for MarketTime- do I have an account already just from shopping with you in person?
A: No. Existing Portico customers will still need to create a new MarketTime account if they do not have one already.
Q: I registered for MarketTime with another agency, do I have to create a new account for Portico’s site?
A: No! You will use your existing MarketTime credentials to login on Portico’s site. You will be prompted to ‘request access’ to our site upon first login. We’ll get you ‘approved’ asap.
Q: Why is my login not working?!
A: Remember, your email is NOT your username for MarketTime. You create your username at time of sign up, and is CASE SENSITIVE.
